Beautiful pool area and friendly staff, especially Omar who gave great local tips! Cleanliness in our room was subpar upon arrival. Be mindful of the breakfast prices, as options are limited. For families, bringing your own snacks to enjoy poolside could enhance your stay.

our queen room was modern and recently renovated, had ocean view. the property's location was stunning and beautiful, very close to the airport. the staff were best and efficient, helped with any issues.

Exceptional and fabulous hotel that has superfriendly staff from the door men to management. The rooms here are brand-new with 2 beds. The location is magnificent, not too far from Isla Verde Mall. It is found in a very nice area. If I return to Carolina I would come here again.

It was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was located in a convienent location with plenty other services around the facility.

It was more of a family type with children hotel and we would have preferred a more adult atmosphere.

We had only one day to spend in San Juan and they could give us the key at 4 pm!!! They were late 4.45 and did not comply with our reservation : 2 inter connected rooms. We had to accept to have 2 rooms far from each one with 2 kids Nothing was done to cover their mistake!!!

Never again there, and do not recommend this hotel!
